» WHERE WE ARE

Our shipping company owns a modern fleet formed by large and confortable boats, that comply with the most recent safety regulations.

Our boats link up Rapallo and S. Margherita Ligure to Portofino and San Fruttuoso all year round, leaving also from Chiavari, Lavagna and Sestri Levante.
Departures are increased during the weekends and during periods of great crowd.

PortofinoIf you reach Portofino by sea, you can admire the setting of multicoloured houses that are reflected in the bay.

After disembarking, you can walk along the restful streets and patronize the many typical restaurants and fashionable shops; if you want you can also take a walk as for as the Brown Castle or the Lighthouse, lonely “vedette” that looks at the open sea.

Coasting little creek and sailing near the steep cliffs, covered by clusterpines, you arrive at San Fruttuoso, a little village on the rocks that differently can only be reached by an hour and a half’s walk.

Once here, you immediately feel the sensation to be in a timeless place, and when you visit the Abbey (a building dating back to X - XIII century trasformed in a museum) it seems that you are walking on millenary stones which has been witnesses of Saint and Pirates’ stories and legends.

You can enjoy the silence, interrupted only by the deafenig chirping of cicados; you can get tanned on the beach of the Abbey or dive into the limpid water of the bay, on the seabed  of which in 1954 was put the famous statue of the Christ of the Abysses.

From May to September you can spend a nice day going on a short cruise to the Cinque Terre, five beautiful little villages clinged to the cliffs in a wild and wonderful seascape.

UNESCO has declared the Cinque Terre “Patrimony of Humankind”. You can also decide to reach the farthest part of our region, visiting Portovenere and Lerici, considered the pearls of the Poets’ Gulf.

If you prefer you can go to Genoa and visit the port, one of the most important of the Mediterranean Sea, or the Aquarium, one of the largest in Europe.

The Aquarium is near Palazzo Ducale and ST. Lorence’s Cathedral, in the ancient and vital heart  of a city with a rich historical past.

During these short cruises passengers are accompanied by a bilingual tourist guide, that shows them the natural beauties of our coast, gives them hints of history and interesting information about the villages seen during the navigation, advise them where and how to spend time during every stop.

San FruttuosoThe Servizio Marittimo of Tigullio has been cooperating for many years with the main shipping Agencies. Infact our boats can also be chartered by groups of people; special services for cerimonies and meeting are offered.

Charterer can decide the destination and programme, that can be personalized thanks to our advise and esperience. Our boats are often used by the passenger ships at anchor in the Gulf of Tigullio as tender to transport
passenger on land. In this way tourists coming from all over the world
can reach our resorts by sea and admire the suggestive and beautiful
